Aliyev was outraged by the visit of French presidential candidate Valerie Pecresse to Stepanakert, the capital of the Republic of Artsakh. He even burst into threats: “If we had known about the last illegal visit of Valerie Pekress, we would not have released them back.” Such impudence, of course, shocked the entire civilized world.
