On June 21, a member of the US House of Representatives, Frank Pallon, took part in a congressional hearing on the topic “Protecting the people of Nagorno-Karabakh.” In his speech, the congressman noted that a man-made crisis is taking place in the region, created by the Aliyev regime, which has severely worsened the quality of life of people living in Artsakh.
