Recent statements from Baku once again shows that Azerbaijan is not only a terrorist state, but that his leadership has serious mental problems.

This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Republic of Artsakh David Babayan, commenting on the nervous reaction of Baku to the flights of tourist aircraft in Nagorno-Karabakh.

“In this regard, one can advise Azerbaijan to take urgent measures and apply to the UN Security Council in order to prevent a very important event. Children of Artsakh on June 1, on the International Children’s Day, intend to release balloons into the sky. According to the logic of Azerbaijan, this may conceal a serious threat to the stability of the military-political situation, ” – said David Babayan.

Note that due to the first year organized by a tourist airplane flight in Nagorno-Karabakh Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman called on the OSCE to “take action.”
